It's commonly refered to as "the book with the salaries", but I doubt that would work for a variant! :)

Ha ha! Yeah, I think that "the book with the salaries" might be a bit informal for a variant title, but keep brainstorming.
"Brown books." That's a neat little bit of trivia. The one that came across my desk was white. I wonder how long it's been since they were last brown.
