Phone numbers added to the Get Help page, too (Ann's idea...brilliant!) Please let me know if that's not the correct/best number for your ref desk.
One more thing: If you use AIM (could happen with Yahoo, too, but I'm not sure) Trillian will merge all of your buddies for all of your accounts into Trillian. This means that your personal buddies could show up for anyone who logs into gpclibrarians.
There is a fix. Call me if you have any concerns.
